I loved the pining, the tension, the nighttime walks and talks。 It was a slow burn though it started with a kiss, and I enjoyed anticipating when the next one would be。 I haven't read much YA of late, but this was so good and reminded me of how much I love sweet YA romance。I loved this story。 I didn't have to read book one to follow along but I'm definitely going to 😊Thank you so much to the author for sending me an ARC of this book。 I loved the pining, the tension, the nighttime walks and talks。 It was a slow burn though it started with a kiss, and I enjoyed anticipating when the next one would be。 I haven't read much YA of late, but this was so good and reminded me of how much I love sweet YA romance。I loved this story。 I didn't have to read book one to follow along but I'm definitely going to 😊Thank you so much to the author for sending me an ARC of this book。 。。。more

I was lucky enough to be chosen as an ARC reader for Dreaming About the Boy Next Door in exchange for an honest review (thank you, Sarah!)。 And it did not disappoint! It had all the cuteness of Teaching the Teacher’s Pet (Most Likely To Book 1) and then some。 I loved getting to know Ava Jenson on a whole new level, as more than just Maisie’s friend from TTTP。 You definitely don’t need to read these books in order, but I feel like it just makes it all the more special if you do。 I wasn’t exactly s I was lucky enough to be chosen as an ARC reader for Dreaming About the Boy Next Door in exchange for an honest review (thank you, Sarah!)。 And it did not disappoint! It had all the cuteness of Teaching the Teacher’s Pet (Most Likely To Book 1) and then some。 I loved getting to know Ava Jenson on a whole new level, as more than just Maisie’s friend from TTTP。 You definitely don’t need to read these books in order, but I feel like it just makes it all the more special if you do。 I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from this interconnected series - how would the books work? Would they take place at different times with the same characters? I was pleasantly surprised to find out that DATBND takes place at the same time as TTTP, but from Ava’s perspective and deals with what is happening in her life just before and after the Most Likely To list is released。 It pulls you in and makes you want to keep reading, all while rooting for Ava and Reed to finally figure everything out。 Learning more about the friendships that were first introduced in TTTP was really nice, too, especially Ava and Rachel’s relationship。 There were a few surprises throughout the book that I definitely didn’t see coming either, and that made me want to keep reading even more。Honestly, I have never read a series like this, where the books take place at the same time yet from a different character perspective in each book, and I thought that was super unique and interesting。 I loved diving into Ava’s world and seeing how everything was affecting her。 I can’t wait to see which characters we get to meet next - it makes me even more excited to read the upcoming books in this series! Until then, I may just have to reread this one and TTTP。 (And don’t forget to read the bonus chapter after the epilogue!)I am positive that anyone who loves YA romance books will completely fall for this book too! It’s well written, keeps you engaged (I could have easily finished it in a single day, if life wasn’t getting in the way), and makes you root for these characters, as if you’re right there going through all of the ups and downs of high school life with them。If you’ve read all of Sarah’s books or this is your first one, I can tell you that Dreaming About the Boy Next Door is one you don’t want to miss! 💕 。。。more

Please! Both of them were so sweet (well, Reed was when he wasn’t trying to convince everyone that he wasn’t interested in Ava) and I loved them both so much! And no, this is not a love triangle situation。 Ava is only interested in Reed, Josh is just a great guy character I also wanted to gush about! Josh was so awesome about being approached by Ava’s best friend as a first kiss candidate for Ava and then letting everyone know he was willing to just be friends and sticking to it! I loved his and Ava’s hangouts, especially if Reed decided to crash it or heckle her about them。 I loved Reed’s openness with Ava and how after their kiss he was around her more and Ava would take note of it。 Some of my favorite scenes in this story included: Ava waking up to her feet in Reed’s lap, the park, Ava’s first kiss, Reed’s point of view scene & the version from Ava’s point of view, Reed’s teasing, the night with cake, comic books, the bowling alley, and the crashed hangout with Josh。Summary:Ava has been running Babble, the school’s gossip site, since her sophomore year of high school。 She loves being on top of the school’s gossip and newest news having to do with the people she sees around。 So when she gets the Most Likely To List submitted to Babble her senior year, Ava is ecstatic and immediately posts it for all to see。 But that excitement quickly turns when she reads through it and finds her name next to Most Likely To: Never Have Their First Kiss。 Yes it’s true Ava hasn’t had her first kiss yet, but why would someone vote that she’ll never have a first kiss? Is something wrong with her?To try and combat the label someone gave her, Ava plans to find someone to have a good first kiss with to get it out of the way。 With her best friend helping her, they’re sure to find the perfect person。 But a spur of the moment decision changes everything。When Ava and her best friend’s twin brother both show up in the kitchen late at night, she thinks about how many girls Reed’s kissed and how many of them submitted to Babble their praise for his kisses。 So when he opens the floor to her voicing her concerns, she voices her thoughts of him being a good candidate for her first kiss。 Though both of them agree to it and not having any attachment to each other post kiss, Ava finds that she might not be able to keep her end of the bargain。 Even though Reed makes it very clear that the kiss didn’t change anything for him。 Even though her best friend is trying to set her up with someone else to be her first kiss。 Ava just can’t get her growing feelings for Reed out of her head。What is she going to do? 。。。more

I'm going to be dreaming about this book for a while。 I have loved everything Sarah Sutton has written and I feel like each new book she comes out with is my new favorite。 After being deemed "Most Likely to Never Have Their First Kiss," Ava takes matters into her own hands by getting that first one out of the way with her best friend's twin brother Reed。 What was supposed to be a meaningless kiss ends up turning Ava's perception of Reed on its head。 He, however, seems unaffected by their moment。 I'm going to be dreaming about this book for a while。 I have loved everything Sarah Sutton has written and I feel like each new book she comes out with is my new favorite。 After being deemed "Most Likely to Never Have Their First Kiss," Ava takes matters into her own hands by getting that first one out of the way with her best friend's twin brother Reed。 What was supposed to be a meaningless kiss ends up turning Ava's perception of Reed on its head。 He, however, seems unaffected by their moment。 Ouch。Things I loved about this book:-The slow burn。 The tension between the two of them was built so well and the payout at the end felt so earned。 I loved watching Reed slowly fall for Ava and her fighting her growing feelings for him。 -Ava's pink hair-Reed being just too darn sweet。 He is a serial dater, which I normally dislike in a mmc, but Reed didn't really seem like a player。 His bonus POV at the end was just so swoony。-Seeing the parallel times play out from Teaching the Teacher's Pet, but from an outside perspective。 I love it when interconnected series do this! It's also fun to play detective to see who the next couple will be。I read this book entirely in one sitting because it was that good。 I received a ARC from the author 。。。more

Before I start, I would just like to thank Sarah Sutton for the ARC in exchange for this honest review。After reading this book, I can fully confirm that you can read DATBND on its own or you can read the series out of order。 It takes place around the same time as Teaching the Teacher’s Pet (book 1 in the most likely to series), despite being its own set of separate events。 I’ve enjoyed Masie’s sarcastic and agressive POV in the first novel。 This book is definitely a lot more softer and a little Before I start, I would just like to thank Sarah Sutton for the ARC in exchange for this honest review。After reading this book, I can fully confirm that you can read DATBND on its own or you can read the series out of order。 It takes place around the same time as Teaching the Teacher’s Pet (book 1 in the most likely to series), despite being its own set of separate events。 I’ve enjoyed Masie’s sarcastic and agressive POV in the first novel。 This book is definitely a lot more softer and a little more held back and soft。 Held back, because it’s a slow burn/ forbidden romance。 And softer because of the problems Ava is dealing with at the time。I was never a big fan of slow burns because of my lack of patience。 But this may have just gotten me into slow burn romances。 It’s so sweet, how you can see Reed slowly fall for Ava as the story progresses, and how Ava starts to come clean with her feelings as well。 And the bonus chapter in Reed’s POV?Swoon。You can check out the second book in Sarah Sutton’s Most Likely To series, dropping on October 25。Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to study for my midterms。 。。。more
